Obama Project for COM 317

I did this video for my Media Convergence class.  I was taking this story and looking at it from the point of view of many Americans and how they felt of the capturing and killing of this mass murderer. When I found out I was relieved to see that even though the attacks of 9/11 were part of the Bush administration, that WE as Americans still carried out the plans to seize the evil mastermind and take him down even in the Obama administration.

WE GOT HIM...President Obama DELIVERS!!!

As the American people were going on about their typical daily lives on Sunday May 1, 2011, the world was interrupted to hear an historical address from President Obama.  He along with his American troops had taken down one of the world's biggest terrorist Osama bin Laden.  Obama came out and assured a nation of the demise of this global killer and declared a sense of hope for the people of the attacks of 9/11.  Now as Americans we should NOT rest in the fact of being satisfied but continue to fight each day to protect our FREEDOM.

UNA Housing Project

This project was done in my Media Convergence class at UNA.  My intentions on this video were to explore the busy world and duties of the Housing Department here at the University of North Alabama.

Market Yourself (MK 395)......"Wall Phone"

Wall Phones is a great invention that can be in stores everywhere.  It's made for the typical college student who misplaces his/her phone and can't find it after a long nite of studying or partying.  Theres nothing on the market like this innovative invention and should be patented and placed on the market for students everywhere.  My goal is to start off by structuring some type business with colleges such as UNA and Northwest Shoals Community College and get a "Wall Phone" holders in every dorm room so that each student can protect and also help promote to other friends at other colleges about this new sensational invention.

UNA Parking Project

I did this video in my Media Convergence class (COM 317).  The class is great if you like and want to learn how to work with soundslides and videos.  Dr. Sanders is a great and dedicated teacher and will give you the tools to create assignments such as the one you are viewing.  Hope you enjoy this video.  It's my first news coverage video going a little more in depth on the parking problems here at UNA.
